Chulmleigh College Transport Service

Chulmleigh College offers a subsidised transport service to families who wish to attend our school, but who are not in our designated area and so do not qualify for free school transport.  The availability of this service relies on parental contributions.

Routes currently operate to Chulmleigh from:

• Barnstaple via Bishops Tawton, Umberleigh & Portsmouth Arms
• Crediton via Copplestone & Morchard Road
• Rackenford via Knowstone, South Molton 
• Torrington via High Bullen, Beaford & Dolton
• Hatherleigh • Exbourne Garage • Sampford Courtenay • North Tawton • Bow (starts September 2023)

Devon County Council School Transport

School Transport for pupils in our designated area is operated by Devon County Council. Whilst we will make every effort to assist you regarding transport queries, we have no jurisdiction over County transportation. Devon County Council transport do not inform the College if there are route delays or cancellation of buses.
